Traverse International Finance charges a fee for intermediation services, as set out in the Initial Disclosure Document provided to clients before engagement. We may also receive commissions (procuration fees) from lenders, which are fully disclosed to clients. No fees may be charged or collected before the actual disbursement of loan funds.

The choice of interest rate and product terms depends on your circumstances and the mortgage amount. Before you make a mortgage application, we will carry out a full review to establish your needs and preferences and, if you meet the criteria, we will present a range of options for you to consider.

A mortgage is a long-term commitment and must be repaid. Check your borrowing capacity before committing. Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up with repayments.

Complaints & Mediation

If you are dissatisfied with our service, you can first submit a complaint by email to info@traversefinance.com or in writing to our registered office. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and aim to provide a final response within the applicable regulatory timeframe.

If you are not satisfied with our response, or if no response is received within the required period, you have the right to refer the matter free of charge to our appointed consumer mediator:
